Our plants are equipped with the most modern facilities and the systems of qualit management implanted, support our productive processes and it guarantees the safety of our products. A great equipment of professionals, like that how a group of official veterinarians supervise and control the whole productive process, from the arrival of the alive animals (ante-mortem control), the sacrifice, the quality of the canales, the post-mortem control, the refrigeration of channels and entrails, break-down, packaging and refrigeration or freezing for his later expedition up to the client.
Our system of management of traceability guarantees a total knowledge of the origin of each one of our products. From the farm, up to the final product. Giving a total guarantee of knowledge of all the information of the productive chain.

1.-We buy alive animals. 2.-We Control the quality of the animals 3.-Organize the logistics of the transport. 4.-We Contract the whole service of slaughter. (We have 1 own slaughter house and 2 external slaughter houses) 5.-We Control the quality of the canales. 6.-We Manage the break-down (We Have 2 Rooms of Break-down). 7.-We Manage the refrigerating store (We Have 2 refrigerating stores).
