The German city of Cologne hosted a new edition of the Anuga food trade fair from 7 to 11 October, which this year attracted 140,000 trade visitors from 200 countries and 7,850 exhibitors from 118 countries. \u201cThis year\u2019s edition exceeded all expectations and underlines Anuga\u2019s global position as the world\u2019s number one trade fair for food and beverages.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cAs the world\u2019s largest trade fair for food and beverages, Anuga 2023 has sent an important signal for the future of the industry. In doing so, the trade fair promotes dialogue and collaboration between companies, organisations, the economy, science and politics in order to jointly shape a sustainable and worthwhile future,\u201d continued Gerald B\u00f6se. Anuga 2023 saw the participation of 7,850 companies from 118 countries on a gross exhibition area of \u200b\u200b300,000 m\u00b2. Foreign participation reached 94 percent. Around 140,000 trade visitors from 200 countries came to Anuga 2023. Foreign participation was 80 percent.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
