This is a biologically derived drug, critical for healthcare systems, and producing it nationally represents a significant advance in terms of <strong data-start=\"858\" data-end=\"926\">health safety, industrial autonomy, and technological capability<\/strong>.<\/p><p data-start=\"929\" data-end=\"1397\">One of the main objectives of Glicopepton Biotech is to contribute to the <strong data-start=\"1003\" data-end=\"1043\">self-sufficiency of heparin in Spain<\/strong>, reducing external dependence and strengthening the pharmaceutical supply chain. <strong data-start=\"1125\" data-end=\"1229\">We are proud to produce this medicine with the highest sanitary guarantees and complete traceability<\/strong>, from the origin of the raw material to the final product, complying with the strictest quality, control, and safety standards required by the pharmaceutical industry.<\/p><p data-start=\"1399\" data-end=\"1762\">In addition, the project promotes the <strong data-start=\"1437\" data-end=\"1473\">full valorization of by-products<\/strong> generated during the production process. Materials not used for heparin production are transformed into <strong data-start=\"1578\" data-end=\"1611\">highly nutritious animal feed<\/strong> and <strong data-start=\"1616\" data-end=\"1631\">fertilizers<\/strong>, contributing to efficient resource use, waste reduction, and a more sustainable and environmentally responsible production model.<\/p><p data-start=\"1764\" data-end=\"2335\">Glicopepton Biotech brings together the expertise of <strong data-start=\"1817\" data-end=\"1852\">Laboratorios Farmac\u00e9uticos ROVI<\/strong>, an international benchmark in research and development of low molecular weight heparins, the leadership of <strong data-start=\"1961\" data-end=\"1981\">Costa Food Group<\/strong> as one of Europe\u2019s leading pork producers, and the knowledge and specialization of <strong data-start=\"2065\" data-end=\"2084\">C\u00e0rniques Celr\u00e0<\/strong> in the meat sector.
