Anuga is one of the world’s most important trade fairs in the food and beverage industry, exclusively aimed at industry professionals, including producers, distributors, importers, retail and wholesale buyers, chefs, trend analysts, and specialized media. It is a global benchmark, offering a unique platform to showcase innovations, spot emerging consumer trends—such as plant-based and sustainable foods—and establish strategic relationships with international companies and experts.
The 2025 edition broke all records, featuring more than 8,015 exhibitors from 110 countries and over 145,000 professional visitors from more than 190 countries. This edition focused on innovation, sustainability, and the future of food, with special attention to alternative proteins, digitalization, food safety, and the circular economy. South Korea was the partner country this year.
