We are a company belonging to the meat sector located in the town of Celrà, in the province of Girona, 50 km from the border with France and between 50 and 100 km from maritime loading docks.

All the animals processed at Càrniques Celrà, S.L. are the result of genetic, nutritional and market demand studies. This ensures the maximum homogeneity and healthiness of the meats.

The company, which began its activity as a cutting room in October 2011, was created and designed with an export vision and work flows and personnel capable of meeting international health and hygiene standards. Càrniques Celrà s.l. is based on a quality assurance system according to ISO regulations, which is why it has implemented a HACCP system (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points).

Our team of quality experts works tirelessly to ensure that our products meet and exceed regulatory standards and the expectations of our consumers. From farm to table, each product undergoes a series of tests and evaluations to ensure its freshness, safety and nutritional quality.
